The short answer
FomoHub and arb.sh are both free funding arbitrage screeners. Both cover centralized and decentralized exchanges, neither needs an account, and each also has a price arbitrage screener, a backtester and alerts. As of 6 October 2026, three things differ. arb.sh covers 62 exchanges and FomoHub 40. arb.sh measures execution cost at your position size and shows Net 7d in the screener row, while the pages of FomoHub take the cost from the best bid and ask. Backtests on arb.sh run up to 90 days, and on FomoHub they stop at 30. Stay on FomoHub to screen for stable pairs by reversals and streaks, to value points with its calculator, or to read Turkish or Japanese. Use arb.sh if you trade a size where order-book depth matters, need the 24 exchanges FomoHub does not list, or want history past 30 days. The two can be used together.
Both rank funding pairs across CEX and DEX, free and without an account
FomoHub is a funding rate arbitrage scanner for perpetual futures, and so is arb.sh. Both rank long/short pairs across centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX), on crypto perps and stock perps. Neither asks for an account, a login or a wallet.
The toolsets overlap as well. Each site has a price arbitrage screener for the same perp on two exchanges, a pair page with costs and a funding chart, an execution-cost page that compares exchanges, a funding-pair backtester, alerts and Simplified Chinese pages.
arb.sh lists 62 exchanges, FomoHub lists 40, and each has some the other does not
As of 6 October 2026, the Markets page on FomoHub lists 40 exchanges: 8 CEX and 32 DEX. arb.sh lists 62: 48 DEX and 14 CEX, all on the exchange list. Each site has exchanges the other lacks.
- Only on arb.sh
- 24 exchanges. DEX (19): Aevo, Aftermath, Avantis, Bluefin, Derive, dYdX, gTrade (Gains), GMX, Hotstuff, Injective, Jupiter, Kalshi, Katana Perps, Markets by Kinetiq, Orderly, Paradex, Paragon, Reya, SunX. CEX (5): BloFin, Deribit, HTX, Kraken Futures, Phemex.
- Only on FomoHub
- Decibel and Primit.
Both sites list the other 38 exchanges. FomoHub files Backpack as a DEX and arb.sh files it as a CEX; it is the same exchange. If one leg of a trade is on Deribit, Kraken Futures, Paradex or dYdX, FomoHub does not list that exchange and cannot rank the pair.
FomoHub prices the cost at the top of the book; arb.sh walks the order book at your size
The funding table and strategy cards on FomoHub rank a pair by spread, APR now, 7-day average, payback, reversals or streak. Its Position Cost page adds the taker fee to a price loss taken from the best bid and ask, and the COSTS block on each pair page lists the taker fees of both legs with the entry and exit spread. For a BTC long, its own data returned the same price-loss percentage at $10,000 as at $1,000,000. As of 6 October 2026, FomoHub does not have a column that ranks pairs by settled funding minus fees and slippage at your size. arb.sh puts two columns in the screener row:
- Paid 7d
- Settled funding that actually changed hands over the period, not the rate currently advertised.
- Net 7d
- Paid minus taker fees and order-book slippage to open and close both legs at the stated position size.
Slippage is measured by walking the live order book of each market, not assumed. You set the position size: the default is $10,000, and $100,000 and $1,000,000 are also measured. The execution cost page lists the taker fee plus measured slippage at $10k, $100k and $1M on every exchange, and which exchanges can fill each size.
FomoHub backtests stop at 30 days; arb.sh runs to 90 with the cost measured
- FomoHub
- Windows of 1D, 3D, 7D and 30D. The cost percentage is pre-filled from the live best bid and ask of both legs plus taker fees, and it can be edited. Results include Total PNL, Funding PNL, Execution Cost, Funding Win Rate and a chart of funding PnL by day. In its own words: "The result uses the funding history of those two venues and their actual payout intervals."
- arb.sh
- The backtest runs up to 90 days, and no cost is typed in. It replays settled funding on each leg and the price spread between the two exchanges, charges each exchange's real taker fee and the slippage measured for your position size, and reports the drawdown and the top pairs for the asset over the same period.
Settled funding is recorded as it happens and kept with no 30-day ceiling. Some exchanges publish no funding history; for those, history starts on 18 September 2026, the day recording began. The BTC pair page for Hyperliquid and Binance shows one pair's funding and price spread together, with charts and a position calculator. A backtest on either site replays funding that was already paid, so it is not a forecast.
arb.sh also tracks vaults and exchange news, exports CSV and has Korean pages
As of 6 October 2026, FomoHub does not have the items below:
- The vaults page compares the vaults perp DEXs run themselves: TVL, 7- and 30-day return from the share price, drawdown, lock, and the exchange's own APR.
- The news page collects what perp exchanges announced this week, with a DEX/CEX filter.
- CSV exports cover the funding screener, the price screener and execution cost.
- Korean pages under
/ko. - An llms.txt, and an about page that explains where every number comes from.
What FomoHub does that arb.sh does not
- Decibel and Primit.
- Turkish and Japanese pages.
- A points-value calculator: you enter an expected FDV, the share allocated to points and the total points. It covers Nado, Pacifica, Variational, Extended, Hibachi, Perpl, StandX and 01, and calls itself an "Unofficial proportional estimate."
- A Compare mode in its price arbitrage section for different instruments in one asset group, such as the CL and BZ oil contracts.
- Reversal and streak counts on every strategy, and "Fast payback" and "Preferred exchange" finders on its Best Strategies page.
- A Telegram channel that posts individual strategy signals as they are found; the arb.sh channel posts a daily review.
- Shareable images of a strategy.
Stay on FomoHub if you screen for stability first. Its guide sets a stable-strategy rule (no more than 5 reversals and at least 50% profitable payouts, among other thresholds), and its filters include reversals over 7 days and payback. It also fits points farmers who use the FDV calculator, readers of Turkish or Japanese, traders with a leg on Decibel or Primit, and anyone who wants every signal posted as it appears. A pair found on FomoHub can then be priced at your size on arb.sh.
Questions about FomoHub and arb.sh
Is arb.sh the same as FomoHub?
No, but both do the same job: each is a free funding arbitrage screener across CEX and DEX with no account. They differ in which exchanges they cover, how they price the cost of a position and how far back a backtest reaches. FomoHub has more filters for stable pairs. arb.sh publishes this comparison.
Does arb.sh cover the exchanges FomoHub covers?
It covers 38 of the 40 on FomoHub, all except Decibel and Primit. It also lists 24 exchanges that FomoHub does not, among them Deribit, Kraken Futures, HTX, Paradex, dYdX and GMX. A pair with a leg on Decibel or Primit can only be found on FomoHub.
Why does the cost on arb.sh change with position size?
A large order fills through more price levels than a small one, so getting in and out costs more. arb.sh walks the live order book for the size you set, which captures that depth. A cost read from the best bid and ask does not see past the first level of the book.
Can I backtest a funding pair beyond 30 days?
On arb.sh, yes: up to 90 days, with taker fees and slippage measured at your size. Some exchanges publish no funding history, and their record starts the day arb.sh began recording it, so their window is shorter. The backtest windows on FomoHub stop at 30 days.
Does arb.sh show reversals and streaks?
No. arb.sh ranks pairs by funding spread, by Paid 7d and by Net 7d at your position size. Reversal and streak counts are a FomoHub feature, so a trader who filters for stability that way can keep FomoHub open next to arb.sh.
Is arb.sh free?
Yes. arb.sh has no account, no API key and no paywall, and the CSV exports are free too. FomoHub is also free and needs no account, so price does not separate the two sites. Some Trade buttons on arb.sh carry a fee discount for the visitor and the site earns a share, disclosed on the about page.
